There are TWENTY designated wine regions in Italy, each with a lengthy, rich cultural and culinary history of their own. Today we will focus on the islands…primarily Sicily and Sardegna! I welcome guest wine-spert Virginia Samsel to pour with me and expound on the specific climactic and geological anomalies that make these wines so uniquely delicious.
