We can’t all be wine experts overnight, but communication is important when searching for your next tasty bottle - so you must get to know your own palette and feel comfortable speaking about it.

Tonight we’ll taste five different wines, discuss and write our own tasting notes using the Haiku poetry format…that’s three lines, in a 5-7-5 syllable pattern.

This casual, interactive tasting will help loosen your lips and even get your creative juices flowing. Don’t be shy, it’ll be fun and shake out some of the nerves we all have around tasting wine!
