The ancients believed “that yarrow was a divine gift from the heavens bestowed upon humanity so that we could communicate with heaven” and it is a vital component in biodynamic farming. Achillée is French for Yarrow.

Located in Alsace, France, the Dietrich family has been growing grapes organically since 1999 and biodynamic since 2003 - they’ve built the largest straw building in Europe as their winery.

Pierre Dietrich will be IN OUR SHOP pouring his family’s wines tonight!! Achillée wines are honest, clean and soulful examples of Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The terroir of their vineyards is unique for Alsace and these wines will get Riesling nerds and beginners hot under the collar.
