Chausse Selections is a relative newcomer to the Seattle market, ipso-facto many of the wines in this portfolio are fresh to the area. Diego Sheridan, however, has been kicking around in wholesale and retail for a few years now, hailing from institutions like McCarthy & Shiering, DeLaurenti and hot spots like Other World.
