Y’all know me, the retailer, and you know there is a winemaker who produces the wine…but betwixt us is a whole system of distribution that is so, so important! These are the importers, distributors and sales people who work behind the scenes to make sure we have the bottles that we want, the information that we need and the wine gears stay well-oiled all year ‘round.

Jared, of Kily Import, is one of my guardian angels who juggles orders, procures fulfillments and has a ton of information about each of the producers and the hundreds of wines that pass through their warehouse every vintage. Today I hand my wine key, and bank account, over to Jared to select ANY of his favorite wines from the Kily portfolio to taste!!

No rules, just Jared’s picks - maybe we’ll open some sleeper wines that have been quietly aging in the corner of the warehouse…maybe new releases that just landed and are utterly crushable…classic go-to’s or wild experimentals? I guess we’ll find out. I do know that Jared knows some things that we don’t know…you know?
