Also her grandmother’s nickname, Gheta, is a fruity, bright and balanced olive oil made from the NOCELLARA DEL BELICE variety, native to Sicily. Cold pressed and unfiltered from 80 year old trees growing in the Castelvetrano region (southeast of Marsala). A rich, buttery mouthfeel and long, clean finish make this versatile for cooking AND finishing. Packaged in an air-tight bag in either 1.5 liters or 3 liters.
