When you drink a wine that is full of energy and verve, you just know. You feel it in your bones and sometimes it can’t be explained in words. That is how I feel about the wines of Emmanuelle Milan and Mathieu Diess, the winemakers behind Vignoble du Rêveur.

Tonight we will taste as many of these wines that I could get my paws on (4-5), and joining me to pour is friend and colleague Diego Sheridan (he’s smarter than me, so I like to keep him close by). These wines come in short supply and sporadically, so don’t sleep on this one.
