Meet Hayden Allen of COSM Wines - one of the few winemakers in Washington working with biodynamically farmed fruit and producing his wine right here in Seattle. Hayden comes from Oregon, which is where the Momtazi Vineyard lies, and the origin of his 2021 Back to Nature Pinot Noir that we’ll be tasting today!

COSM is only on its second vintage but trust me, you’ll want to keep an eye on these wines as Hayden continues his journey! Because production is so small, we’ll be supplementing this evening with FOUR OTHER Pinot Noirs of his choosing. All bottles avail to purchase.
