What happens when a nutritional specialist and floral designer decide to combine forces and do a cheese and wine pop-up? You get The Gema Collective at Imperfetta!

Join Gema Collective for an instructional class featuring local Washington cheeses and organic produce. Learn about the local farmers and then follow along to craft your own beautiful cheese board complete with spreads and edible flowers. Then take your finished board, Imperfetta selected wine, and a picnic blanket outside to enjoy the Seattle sunshine!

30 minute Cheese Board Class - $60 per person - includes class instruction, cheese board ingredients, compostable supplies/utensils, and selected half-bottle of natural wine.
