A dull knife is both dangerous and annoying. Luckily, chef Jesse Barber is trained in the classic Japanese technique of water stone sharpening and he’ll be around this weekend only to get your knives in tip-top shape.
Drop-Off Sharpening / $10 per blade: Jesse can get your knives and scissors in top condition for you. Just drop off at Imperfetta for a one day turn-around, pick-up the following day during business hours. All metal blades are welcome, except serrated. Chips and damaged knives are case-by-case and will be charged at a higher rate, let Jesse take a look and see what he can do for you!
